Scruffy, stubborn and impossible to keep grounded, Meatball Red is a light, sessionable red ale at just 2.0% that keeps things interesting. Expect a ruby-brown pour, a surprisingly rounded body and barely any bitterness, just a soft, toasty finish.
Tasting notes: Toasty, chewy and stubbornly moreish. Toffee, biscuit crust and a whisper of cocoa over a light, rounded body, with a soft caramel finish and barely a hint of bitterness.
Food pairings: Proper spaghetti and meatballs (obviously), barbecue pulled pork, a mature cheddar ploughman's, smoky sausage rolls or a sticky toffee pudding you swore you were sharing.
The story: Named after Meatball, the scruffy bulldog mascot who held the fort at a famously chaotic squadron airbase. Rumour has it he refused to budge off the runway for anything less than a full plate of meatballs, and once outlasted an entire monsoon season on sheer stubbornness alone. We brewed this one low in strength and high in character because, like Meatball, it just keeps going.

Zeus's partner in crime prevention has finally clocked on. Over The Moon Apollo is a smooth, jet-black session ale with an easy-drinking 4.0% and gentle bitterness, full of roasty coffee and dark chocolate that will have you doing happy laps of the garden.
Tasting notes: Silky, roasty and moreish. Fresh-ground coffee, dark chocolate and a hint of liquorice over a soft oaty body, finishing dry with a gentle bitterness and a lick of cocoa.
Food pairings: Slow-cooked beef chilli, smoked brisket, fresh oysters, gooey chocolate brownies or a coffee and walnut cake you were absolutely guarding for someone else.
The story: Dedicated to Apollo, the other half of the sleek Doberman double act that guarded a certain Hawaiian estate. Rumour has it he once chased a red sports car round the driveway so many times he got dizzy, lay down on the lawn and declared himself completely over the moon. We brewed this one as dark as his coat and twice as loyal.

Hawaii Zeus
Zeus Will Sleuth You Out | Inspired by Zeus

A crisp dark lager with a nose for trouble. Hawaii Zeus pours a deep ruby-brown, carries an easy-drinking 4.9% and gentle bitterness, and patrols the palate with toasty malt and cocoa before slipping away as cleanly as a Doberman at dusk.
Tasting notes: Toasty, smooth and crisp. Bread crust, toffee and a whisper of cocoa, lifted by soft herbal hops, with a clean, dry, gently bitter finish.
Food pairings: Kalua pork sliders, grilled teriyaki chicken, bratwurst with sticky onions, smoked cheddar, macadamia brownies or a suspiciously large steak left unguarded on the lanai.
The story: Dedicated to Zeus, the sleek Doberman who patrolled a certain Hawaiian estate with his partner and made sure no uninvited guest ever reached the tennis courts. Rumour has it he once tracked a missing keg across the grounds by scent alone, then sat on it until the head of security arrived with a biscuit. We brewed this one dark and clean, just like his coat and his conscience.

The White Wonder Of Ales | Inspired by Snowy

A copper-hued pale ale with all the boundless energy of a certain small white terrier. Light at 2.3%, barely bitter and surprisingly full of flavour, it trots alongside you on every adventure without ever slowing you down.
Tasting notes: Bready, biscuity and bright. Toffee and lightly toasted malt meet gentle orange peel and floral hops, finishing soft, clean and only just bitter.
Food pairings: Fish and chips, ham and mustard sandwiches, Belgian moules frites, warm sausage rolls or a very large bone (for the terrier in your life).
The story: Dedicated to Snowy, the plucky white terrier who has crossed deserts, jungles and the odd lunar landscape while his companion took all the credit. Legend has it he once sniffed out a missing hop delivery in under four minutes, then refused to hand it over until somebody produced a bone. We brewed this one light so he can stay on duty.

Tasting notes: Hazy, juicy and cosmic. Packed with burst-of-sunshine notes like passionfruit, mango and sweet citrus, finishing with a crisp, low-bitterness orange zing.

The story: Dedicated to the world's most famous space-mutt who loved running on automated treadmills at terrifying speeds. Rumour has it he once tried to bark at an asteroid, accidentally deflected it away from Earth, and then went right back to sleep on a flying couch.

The story: Named after every time a clumsy kid fell down an abandoned mine shaft and a brilliant rough collie had to run 12 miles, perform a basic surgical procedure, and bark in perfect Morse code to get the local sheriff to help.
